One Day Beijing Cooking Learning Tour

You will be picked up at your hotel lobby at 08:30am. Your one day cooking learning tour begins at the local market, where you could see and buy ingredients for the dishes you will learn to cook. You may choose from a range of cooking classes, including stir-fries, noodles, and dumplings. Special requests for dishes are also taken. An introduction to Chinese cooking background and history is given, followed by a demonstration of one to three dishes. You will then have a chance to cook yourself and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Then you will visit Hutong area and have a family visit. Dotted around the hutong are the Drum and Bell Towers, Kindergarten, Tea House, and local people's houses. After lunch at local resturant, have the privilege to experience ancient emperor's daily life by visiting the Forbidden City. Tiananmen Square will be the last stop of your tour which is the biggest square in the world that lies in the center of the city. Retuen to the hotel after the tour.
