Dear Sunny, Our tour guide was the nicest and friendliest. We were so pleased with having such a charming, polite and patient guide. It was very clear that our guide took her work seriously and gave me and my two children a great experience here in Beijing. Kiwi was flexible and gave us just the information we wanted, needed and just as important. Kiwi did not give us too much of information she also let us (gave us time to) experience the atmosphere when visiting the different sights. Kim was great.

Dear Elaine, Answers to your questions: Sight:So many of the attractions were just wonderful that it is really hard for me to choose one. I think it would be safe to say that the ones that were most memorable were those with a lot of history, such as the Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Great Wall, entombed warriors, Xian city wall the Grand Mosque and Muslim Quarters of Xi'an, Ciqikou Old Town in Chongqing and the Yuyuan Garden in Shanghai. These are all equally impressive and memorable. We really enjoyed the bike ride on Xian city wall. GuideAll of our guides were incredibly helpful, knew their history and treated us as very special people. We got on very well with all of them and developed an instant rapport. I guess if we have to identify the most outstanding it was probably Jay, our guide in Beijing. She was very helpful and supportive and even climbed a section of the Great Wall (at Rob's insistence) that most sensible people would consider a foolish task. You are to be congratulated on your choice of guides-we simply had the best time with them. Hotels and meals: The hotels were great and so were the meals. It would have been nice to have been offered a choice at the Bell Tower hotel in relation to a room with a view. That hotel has by far the best location and it would have been nice to know that we could have paid a little extra for a better quality room with a view. The Anting villa was just perfect. The meals arranged by your guides were all excellent. We had so much to eat and so much variety, I could not suggest any improvements. Without doubt your company provides an outstanding service.

From the beginning when we started planning our trip, we received prompt and helpful advice from Sunny Xie. She helped us plan a trip that turned out to be amazing. While we were in China, everything went exactly as planned. Our guides were well prepared and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The arrangement is well done. We had comfortable vans and excellent hotels.

Yesterday we finished our wonderful tour in China, and we came back this evening (really late indeed). I just wanted you to thank for your good organisation, help and assistance, we felt just like being home and I want you to know this... Chinahighlights is really a good organisation, and I will suggest your name to everybody I know is interested to travel in China, I will also try to get you in touch with a friend of mine working in a travel agency (she's in holiday now, but I will contact her when she will return home).. who knows maybe you could do some good business... Cars and Drivers: really good drivers, and comfortable cars, we asked to the driver in beijing to make extra work for the evenings

Guides: the guide in Xian (stefano) was a good guide.. really flexible, really smart, really a good guy, we were really satisfied.. the guide in Chengdu (Java) was extraordinary.. good english, good organisation, grat disponibility, we left our italian address in case she will come to italy one day, she was really a pleasant person.. The guide in Guilin/Yangshuo was also really smart.. not perfect italian but he was studying all the time, always asking for some new words in italian, always providing everything we needed.. really a good guy, he will become a great guide (he's really good right now...) The second guide in Guilin (Lily) was also a good english speaking person, and a good guide too... in Shanghai the guide was really expert and with a good italian..

The restaurants were really good, and we experienced a new way of eating, all of my friends are really happy wih this tour and I think it's a grat score for Chinahiglights..as long as I will have selected the pictures I will surely send you some of the most impressive to you by regular mail in DVD format..
