Lian was the most outstanding guide. She was efficient in every detail and outstanding in the way she cared for the two elderly people who needed extra care and attention. Thanks to her they saw and participated in every activity the group enjoyed. It took a lot of hard long work for her but she jumped to every need with patience, good cheer and sincere kindness. She and the driver who asked us for a new western name to go by made an excellent team.

The Tour met our expectation. Impression on West Lake, Hangzhou was the best. The most memorable attraction we visited is Lingyin Temple, caught a phenomenon photo showing some good aura with a an image in it. Both guides are as good in both English & Putong hua. Drivers are careful. Hotels meals are up to standard & the meal at Home restaurant was good.

Le Le was very personable and knowledgable. He clearly took it upon himself to engage us in conversation and his English was really remarkable. We could tell at the end of the day though that he was worn out. Given that we both speak foreign languages, we both know how draining it can be to speak another language all day.
