Ms. Angela Gong, Thank you for the Merry Christmas wish.I did not fill out the evaluation form from the trip but I wanted to make a few comments about your service. First of all, your service was excellent. I have recommended you to anyone who is thinking of coming to China. My guide in Wuhan, Mike, and his driver were very nice to me. I felt very safe with them. The Holiday Inn in Wuhan was a very good hotel.The River Trip was very nice. I had good accommodations. Recommendations for you. For anone who does speak Chinese, it would be very nice. Overall, I had a wonderful trip to China and highly recommend it to my friends. Best of luck to you and thank you for all you did to make me feel welcome in your country.

Dear Angela (Gong), We received your New Year's greeting and were glad to hear from you.We are very sorry we did not get to meet you personally when we were at the Guilin CITS office, and unfortunately cannot identify you in the staff picture. Anyway, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the other staff members for all of your excellent assistance during our recent China trip. Our Yangtze cruise was wonderful and so enjoyable. It is possible we may come to China again. If we do we will be sure to contact you. Good Morning Victor: I have been intending to write you a thank you note for all your help on the Miller/Neahring trip to China last month. You were absolutely incredible with your help in reservations as well as your flexibility and ability to change reservations at a moment's notice when John became ill. Susan and John have spoken of you frequently upon their return and always are very complimentary of your customer service skills and attitude. This trip would have been much more difficult if it had not been for your help. I cannot thank you enough. I hope all is going well with you. John is seeing medical specialists here in the states to determine the cause of his extreme pain. He had a number of tests today and hopes to see his specialists later this week. We will most certainly be in touch with you again as we make arrangements for future trips to China. John was in China partially for pleasure and partially for business -- we are in the process of developing a joint venture in the Yichang area. The CITS arrangements went very smoothly and your local guides were, without exception, cheerful, charming, kind and a joy to be with. They were most interesting young people, spoke such excellent English and we were delighted by the well-balanced programme of visits and entertainment in each city that we visited. We were also grateful for the assistance of your representative at Guilin Airport, who was able to arrange an emergency, last-minute transaction for us at the Airport Bank of China. we consider our trip to China to have been the most enjoyable and memorable holiday experience we have had. Dear Aileen, I would like to give you a follow-up on our tour of China. We found our experience to be very interesting and enlightening. China is a remarkable country, and there are not enough superlatives to describe what we found. The Yangtze River was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The depth of history is almost incomprehensible; given how short the history of the United States is after the Europeans arrived. I was amazed at the complexities of early Chinese civilizations. Thank you so much. We received our airplane tickets in Beijing as promised. We were met at the airport in Chongqing as promised. Our tour guide, David, accompanied us to the hotel. He was polite and eager to share with us information about Chongqing. He seemed to enjoy his job. He verified our arrangements at the hotel before he left. The hotel in Chongqing was very nice. We enjoyed excellent food and service. Our bus to Fengdu was prompt. We enjoyed the bus ride through the countryside. It gave us a much different view than we would have gotten from the river. The Pingfu was great. We were three of only nine passengers on the boat and the staff treated us well. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful. Dear Sir, I wish to compliment CITS for selecting Zhang Gao Yong as the lead guide for our tour of China. Zhang was always attentive to our needs. When several of our went to church on Sunday Zhang arranged our taxis and came with us. Whenever someone in our group needed extra assistance Zhang was there. Dear CITS Guilin, Thank you so much for the service and hospitality you have all shown me during and before my trip to Guilin. I am happy with service I received from the staff and people associated with CITS. The Internet and booking service is the best I have found and I did my research. Your company’s website allowed me to get all the information I needed and quickly and easily directed to one-on-one service as soon as I asked for it. I commenced you or their, that is not easily accomplished. Furthermore, and much more comparably, the staffs I was in contact with were all amazingly nice, respectable and efficient in their work… Thank you! Most notably would be Mr. Deng Richard, Miss Song at first took care of all the organizing and planning as a program coordinator myself, I am aware of how difficult that job can be at times. She did an excellent job as Mr. Deng has done. The service provided by the driver of the car was used for my transport, was an unexpected pleasure. Even though he spoke little English, I could always understand his kindness. Lastly and most importantly was Richard Deng who was my tour guide through the week. He had the unwavering ability to keep me on track (which is not an easy accomplishment). Yet, be constantly flexible. Thank you! I will always cherish his thoughtfulness and respect. Overall, the accommodation, transportation, service and food all met, and exceeded my expectations. You all made my first and hot my last trip to China unforgettable! Thank you again! Kacey Wardle
