Hi Angela, We had a wonderful trip to China--everything worked like clock work. It was a pleasure doing business with your agency. All arrangements were executed flawlessly. We were very satisfied with the flights, hotels, tour guides and the drivers. We were able to visit the monuments and liked the factory visits--it was extremely reassuring to know that all products we purchased at the factories were guaranteed and authentic. Your tour guides and drivers were extremely courteous, professional and accommodating ensuring we had the best trip possible. We felt at home although we were in a country where we did not speak the language. We highly recommend your agency and the tours to anyone visiting China. The Tang Dynasty show was extremely colorful and entertaining. We felt we got the most out of our trip due to your recommendations for the short time we spent in each city.

Hi Victor, All of the arrangements made by your company were first class. We were met at every airport by polite, knowledgeable, English speaking guides who escorted us by car to our hotel and made sure that were happily settled. The overland sections were traveled in comfortable cars, usually with an English speaking guide who pointed out interesting landmarks and explained local customs. Your guides offered us many extra excursions at each of our stopovers. These were most welcome and we were very grateful for their local knowledge and expertise. I am sure that our tremendous enjoyment of our one month holiday in China (mainly Yunnan) is mainly due to the terrific work of CITS Guilin, Angela Gong, all of the guides and drivers. Hello, Victor We finally finished the trip to Guilin and back to Panyu safe and sound (although the return flight delayed to mid-night). My boyfriend and his parents want me to say a big thanks to you. We really appreciate what you and your colleagues did for us during the whole trip. Guilin has changed a lot compared with what I saw in 1989, the city is modern, clean and also beautiful in the evening. We took a lot of pictures, last night my boyfriend show all the pictures through a LCD projector for us, his 87 year-old mother was so excited and decided to make a presentation to her English course after back to Hamburg, now I need to add some indications for the picture so that she can remember for all the places!! I didn't meet my friend Sophia Ouyang, she intended to invited us for dinner but we could not make it, because the old couple was so tired in the daytime and prefer to stay quietly in the evening, and since the main purpose for this trip is to make them happy. My friend and I decided to arrange another separate visit for our own next time. So, I may need you help again soon! Dear Ms Aileen, My wife and I returned from our trip to China and Japan last night. I want to write and give you feedback on CITS's services as you requested. We could not have been more pleased. You even managed to give us perfect weather! First of all, the guides in both Guilin and Kunming were excellent. English was very good, and they were most helpful in every way, with perfect flexibility. The itineraries you recommended could not have been better. By the way, thank you for insisting on one full day in Yangshuo. It turned out to be the most enjoyable day in China. The hotels were also excellent and the food was very good as well. When all is said and done, I give you and CITS the highest marks for service. Our lengthy communications via e-mail were enormously helpful. We could never have done so much by letter or fax. Good Morning Victor: I have been intending to write you a thank you note for all your help on the Miller/Neahring trip to China last month. You were absolutely incredible with your help in reservations as well as your flexibility and ability to change reservations at a moment's notice when John became ill. Susan and John have spoken of you frequently upon their return and always are very complimentary of your customer service skills and attitude. This trip would have been much more difficult if it had not been for your help. I cannot thank you enough. I hope all is going well with you. John is seeing medical specialists here in the states to determine the cause of his extreme pain. He had a number of tests today and hopes to see his specialists later this week. We will most certainly be in touch with you again as we make arrangements for future trips to China. John was in China partially for pleasure and partially for business -- we are in the process of developing a joint venture in the Yichang area.
