Dear Morgen Mo, The train to Lhasa was well worth the problems of trying to get the tickets. The train was immaculately clean, there were even fresh flowers in the toilet and they did not run out of toilet paper for the whole journey! They found the best English speaking assistant on the train and sent her to us to help in any way she could. The scenery was superb and the journey so relaxing that we did not need the oxygen. It was unfortunate that we could not use the dining car when we wanted as the views from there were much better for photos. The other really good thing was our excellent guide who spoke good English, was very knowledgeable and was prepared to be flexible and suggest really good alternatives to plans where things might be difficult. E.g. the visit to a farm in a village. Thank you for all your help. I have learnt a lot from the trip and your help has been very valuable. Having our own driver and guide was so good. Dear China Highlights Morgen has taken care of our every need through our internet correspondence and his expertise in his job. We have been pleased with the speed of his answers to us and for his care. Everything went as close to what he told us as was possible. We were very thankful that Morgen was able to find an alternate cruise for us with the exact time schedule that our entire 30-day trip had already been planned around. That was wonderful. The financial compensation for changing from the President 1 to the Three Kingdoms was to be picked up at the railway station and to stay in the Guobin Hotel in Yichang was an excellent choice offered by Morgen. Cindy and the staff at the hotel gave us excellent care. They even wrote out taxi directions for us to be able to go to shop with the local people as we had before when we taught in China years ago. Our cruise guide, Susan was wonderful to us right from the beginning and she was willing to take care of our every need or explain our needs to the crew and they took care of us. Everyone made this a wonderful trip we will never forget. We certainly had a 5-Star crew at our service at all times. We enjoyed the side trips and learning about the Three Gorges Dam project. We also enjoyed getting some insight into the lives of the people of the area and to learn about what has been going on in their lives as so many of them are having to leave where their families have lived for all of their lives. We are happy to realize they are being taken care of. We really enjoyed our tour of the Lesser Three Gorges. That was beautiful and so informative. Our guide for that trip had been an English teacher and we spend most of the tour learning many things from him that helped us to understand even further about the project, culture, etc. It was a wonderful tour.

What can I say? Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! Thank you for organizing a most memorable trip for me and my family and ensuring we had a comfortable and trouble free journey at all stages. I was really grateful that you were available on the phone at all times and were supporting us along the way. It is always difficult when you are not in your home country and you made us feel very much welcome to China. I can truly say that we had a full and packed journey and a lot of the success is down to your patience and eagerness to help. You booked the train journey and I really appreciate the extra cabin space. I would like to say special thanks to Sean in Beijing and Jim in Lhasa, both of whom did an excellent job. Please pass on my further good wishes to them. I would like to keep your details and in future may well use your services where necessary. The kids want to go to Beijing again and this time maybe go to Mongolia!

Sunny, Dave and I had a fantastic trip, and your planning arrangements were great. Yes, there were a few minor problems, problems that you were able to work out. However, they turned out to be just that "minor", and not a serious determent to our trip and enjoyment. Hi sunny I just wanted to let you know that we had an excellent time in China. We loved each of the places we visited,particularly Guilin and Shanghai. I was worried & can't sleep. Mr. Morgen assured me that all has been arranged & there is nothing to worry about, once the bank opens we can transfer the money & we did as promised. Karen, China has a great verity of sights to offer. One can only use superlatives to describe the Great Wall, The Terra Cotta Warriors, The Three Gorges and the hustle/bustle of Shanghai. The contrast between the old China reflected in the country side and the Western influence apparent in the cities was eye opening and enlightening. The background information provided by the guides provided us with insight into the old and new. Each time we look at our photos we realize how much we saw and experienced in a brief 12 days. The shows were also great. We can't wait for our next trip. Of course I should mention that all the arrangements you made which included 5 guides and drivers, 4 domestic flights with transfers, 10 nights in hotels, a 3 night Yangtze cruise, and numerous tours all came off without a problem. Each of the guides were pleasant and personable. Their English was excellent. The drivers were professional and safe. So it is hard to point to one thing about the trip that was "best" since so much of it was spectacular. Karen, also thanks for helping us arrange and plan a trip of a lifetime. I had a blast on my private tour with your company. You demonstrated excellent customer service, your driver was punctual every time, and your tour guide, Dodo, was very professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. The service was superior, all my wants and needs were met. Thank you for the great job! Overall I really enjoyed exploring Mt. Houshan, visiting Xi'an's famous touristic spots and attractions. I even got a Chinese foot massage which I really enjoyed. The best thing: The Terra-Cotta Warriors Museum was very unique and I got the farmer sign my book! It is a valuable memorabilia forever. I also got to see places most internationals do not get to see. The trip to Mt. Houshan was a lot of fun! I also enjoyed the program selection, the Tang Dynasty show and the pre-arranged meals, like the Dumpling Dinner. Unless you have fear of heights, Mt. Houshan is an incredible experience. I am so glad I picked that program. The Terra Cotta Museum was very unique and interesting, and the presentations on how to make Chinese noodles, etc at the restaurant was unforgettable. The food was always excellent. Nothing to be afraid of, the people were very friendly.

Dear Morgen The best part of the trip was the smooth organisation of our tour by China Highlights and the quality of the attractions and inclusions in the tour. Our guide, Allen, was an absolute delight. He was friendly, knowledgeable, bright and had a great sense of humour. Along with our driver, they made every moment of our tour a highlight. His love for Beijing shows at all time and makes a very pleasant change. I would like to commend Allen at the highest level for making a holiday such a terrific experience.
