My son and I are having a great time. Lemon was a great guide.She was very friendly and flexible and knowledgeable. Her English was very good, and my son enjoyed learning more Chinese even as he showed her a few English words. We enjoyed her company very much and would recommend her to anyone. She was helpful in guiding us to the best areas to shop and protecting us from traffic and overpriced sellers. She made sure we received what we would like for lunch at the restaurants. She informed us well of the culture of China and its current life. so far you guys are doing a good job.

Hi Angela We had a wonderful time. It was a trip we will always treasured and always remember in a very fond way. We thought that the weather will hamper us since we went during Christmas time and it was really cold!! But we still had a wonderful time!! The weather contributed to the mystic part of China. The best thing about the trip: Since language was a problem your guides were the best. They assisted in everything. They made our trip, all the communication, the entrances etc so easy. They even help us by writing down info in Chinese for the times that we were not with them so that we could get around specially with the taxi's. There is no way that we could have done this trip without the guides. They were essential to our trip, very helpful and very informative. We loved them all. We also think that the tour organizer (Angela Gong) did a terrific job in all the advice and suggestions she gave us. She was also available for us to call her when we were stranded in Yichang and did not know if someone will pick us up in Shanghai. (This was a holiday when we contacted her and she was available to assist us) We would love to recommend China Highlights for a trip to China. We loved the professionalism but also the personal contact. It felt if I and the tour organizer became friends in the whole organizing process. Hello Sunny, Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I got caught up with work because I was out sick for almost a week since I came back from the trip. Overall, we enjoy the trip to China. City wise, we like Hong Kong the most. I think it is because we are not getting used to the environment in other cities in China. As for Hotel, we like the most are the Peninsula in Beijing and Harbour Plaza in Hong Kong. Hyatt in Xian is good too specially the room size. I wish I could meet you in person when we were in Guilin. We just too tired from the early flight and the miscommunication between the hotel in Shanghai and us. To avoid this, the tour guide needs to pay more attention to the customer needs. In Bejing, Jay our tour guide did make sure we get our breakfast in the morning before we go so she did talk to the hotel to double check the time for breakfast. I thank you for helping us setting up this tour to China. If we are going back to China next time, we will look for China Highlight or I will recommend you to my relatives & friends who wants to join tour. Have a good day Amanda

Hi Elaine It was an unorgettable trip!!!! Thank you! Almost everything worked out as expected. The information from you before the trip was very very good and detailed. The guides were waiting us everywhere. The hotels was mostly very good standard. The location of the hotels were excellent. We had safe drivers. We enjoyed Tibet and Lhasa most, but all the other placed where worth a visit. An other good thing about the trip was that we where free to make changes in the program during our stay. cruice at Li Jiang, Teracotta Army in Xian. it is preferable to have a tibetan guide in Tibet. We recommend our guide Phuntok strongly. Thank you again for good service

Sunny, The trip you planned for my daughter and myself went well, The guides were very pleasant, promp and gave us and excellent tour of Bejing ,X'ian and the Yantgse River. The Victorian was an excellent cruist shop. I thank you for the service and the excellantly planned trip though China. I would recommend you if any of my friends want to travel in the China area. Elaine Just got home or I would of responded sooner. The Kung fu show and the acrobatic show plus 90 percent of the tours were great. The best thing was our guide Sean he was more then helpful in making our Beijing experience wonderful. One of the highlights was Sean taking us to a place where only Chinese eat at and he ordered lunch for us and it was wonderful, because we did not want to eat in a tourist trap. Again great trip. Hi Elaine, We had a great trip to China. Some of the best things were being met at all airports and train stations and taken to our hotel. It was definitely nice not to have to worry about getting there on our own and having the guide make sure we got on our next plane or train was also the best. The hotels you booked were all very nice and enjoyable. We also enjoyed the king sized beds. Also, the flexibility woven into the program was nice as we were able to make some changes easily and the guides were all helpful in this matter. The guides were all nice and helpful. They were able to communicate well, though, and had a pretty good understanding of the sights we saw. Elena in Guilin was the most fun and Jeffry in Shanghai was the most knowledgeable.
