1. Overall, did you enjoy your trip? Why? We LOVED everything about our trip...from China's culture and rich history, to the wonderful people we met along the way. I only wish we had more time to visit other parts of the country! 2. Your tour: a. Were the arrangements satisfactory? We were very pleased with every aspect of our tour arrangements. The tour guides were fantastic...extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The accommodations were also very nice, with the Crowne Plaza being our favorite. In all three locations, the hotel staff were superior-- the service was excellent. The individual tour worked out perfectly for us. It gave us enough flexibility to explore on our own and learn more about the country from wonderful one-on-one coversations with the guides. For someone that hates being shuffled around in a bus (like we do), but still wants the convenience of having all arrangements made...this is the way to go. b.Was it what you expected, and if not, how did it differ from your expectations? It was everything we expected and more! c. In hindsight, is there anything you wish you had known in advance? The first day we definitely booked too much! Karen from CITS advised that it might be too much for one day, but we were too eager to see everything. d. Any unpleasant surprise? Being forgotten at the airport...but we weren't upset by it. Things like that happen! e. Were any problems resolved quickly and easily? CITS handled the situation very quickly. f. What was the best thing about your tour? Our favorite experience was exploring Beijing alone by foot. We trekked about 12 miles, visiting the Lama Temple, exploring the Hutong, and more. We also enjoyed speaking with the CITS guides and learning more about Chinese culture and history. And of course, nothing can compare to the Great Wall and Terracotta Warriors. g, Is there anything else that we should have done, before or during your tour? Everything was perfect! 3. What is your overall impression of our service? Why? Excellent! 4. How would you describe your trip to China and the overall experience in a few sentences? Our visit to China was one of the best experiences of our lives.

My staying was great and all the services you company provided were very good. Actually I would like to highlight all the support and demonstration of logistics in X'ian in response of a mistake I committed, I forgot my passport in the hotel!!!! But thanks to 'Janet', my guide I recovered it and my staying was really successful. Please give this feedback to her ,I also will answer the survey and I will send it to you I hope to go back to your country someday and visit other interesting places.

Sunny, our trip was extended because of a medical emergency with my husband that occurred on the flight from Tokyo to Dallas. Therefore, I have not had a chance to respond to your email previously. Once again I tried to fill out the questionnaire but am unable to send it, for some reason. Let me just say that we very much enjoyed our private tour of Hong Kong on May 4. We appreciated seeing highlights of Hong Kong at our own pace and with such an informative guide. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We loved not being in a group but having the car and driver. The trip was everything we'd hoped for. You may use my comments on your website but I'd prefer not to be contacted. It's not because I wouldn't give you the highest rating but because my schedule might not permit a timely answer and that wouldn?ˉt be fair to you or to the customer. Thank you for helping make our trip to china amazing. Each guide was extremely informative and helpful. We have loved our experience. We forgot to turn in two of our guides sheets. We want to make sure they get credit for being excellent guide. Lancy in Guillin was great. We would give her all 5's . Sissy in Shanghai was extremely knowledgable and sweet also. Eva, Thank you very much for your e-mail. I really appreciate all of your help again. We are in the process of moving so I don't have time to do a good job with the survey in the next week, and I would rather do a good job than a quick job. Thus, we'll send it back to you in the next month with some nice comments. While I appreciate your offer to give me a commission or something, that is completely unnecessary. Please just do a great job as you always do and give my friends guides with strong scores. I will certainly be back in China at some point and look forward to booking with you then.
