Mr. Ason's answers to some questions on our Post-tour Survey: 1.Overall, did you enjoy your trip? Why? The trip was an exciting experience for my family especially the kids. I especially liked the guides and drivers as this made the experience much more efficient and pleasant. I especially liked the airport transfers and ticketing as this would be very difficult doing by oneself. 2. Were the tour arrangements satisfactory? The hotels, dining and tours were satisfactory. 3. How would you describe your trip to China and the overall experience in a few sentences? It was a very pleasant experience. We were able to see a lot of China in a very short period of time. The internal ticketing and airport transfers were of immense help. 4. Would you like to visit China again (or if you live here, would you like to do more traveling in China)? We certainly would like to visit China again. The new Tibet train ride seems interesting. 5. Would you book through us for your next trip to China? Yes, now that we know how you operate we would generate and itinerary and terms and conditions that were more suitable for us. 6. What is your overall impression of our service? Why? I think your service is very good and priced right and you are willing to accommodate. 7. Would you recommend us to others who are coming to China? Yes and I already have recommended your service to others.

Dear Cheryl: We have completed our family trip to China and I will provide you some feedback. Overall we loved visiting China and we found the service and organization of your company was very good. The pre planning was done well and you were very patient in giving me many options for our itinerary. One thing I would recommend be changed is that when a change to the itinerary (mainly flight changes), occurs, your inform the client immediately. In all cases our flight times were different than the original itinerary and we did not find out until we arrived in the city we were to leave from. The accommodations were very good in Xian (Bell Tower Hotel) and Guilin (Bravo Hotel). The sites in China are very well presented and very organized for English speaking people. Xian was very interesting and very historical, Lhasa was very beautiful and so different. The altitude sickness was a problem for two of my sons. I suggest you warn people about this more than you do. We still would have gone, but we may have planned it differently. Guilin is so beautiful. Beijing (a guide only from you) was a very educational and the Great Wall was a highlight. One of the main benefits of using China Highlights was the organized service and the informative, well educated and personable guides. Your company must do a great job interviewing your guides because they were all excellent and well prepared, punctual and agreeable to go at our schedule and pace. For a family of five it was the best way to see the highlights at our family pace. The drivers were also all good. We have used other guides in the past and they were not as good as your guides. Also you were very nice to work with and always so pleasant and accommodating. Thank you. Hi Eva I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you what a fantastic time I had on my trip and how much I appreciate your work, and the work of the wonderful guides you provided. Rita in Beijing and Adam in Shanghai (i can't remember their chinese names unfortunately) were both great, reliable, informative, personable, everything a person could want.I really liked them both. Also, although she doesn't work for china highlights, I thought I should tell you that my tour guide on my second day in Xian Sharon (qianqian), was terrific. She actually made me feel like a friend, rather than just another silly tourist. If you ever open up and office in Xian, you should definitely acquire her services, she was really good. I must admit, you really take care of your clients; the hotels were much better than i was expecting and the tours were so well organized, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Overall definitely a job well done and I will definitely recommend your services to friends in the future. Dear Sunny, Thank you very much for organizing the cruise. All of us had a good time and really enjoyed it. The transport to and from the cruise all worked smoothly and much appreciated. One of your colleagues also arranged a train ticket for my friend Martin from Yichang to Beijing which was also much appreciated otherwise he would have been stuch in Yichang. Hello Elaine I have just got back to the uk after my trip to Mongolia and really wanted to thank you in person before i complete the survey. What you organised for us was amazing all the guides and drivers were great and the itenery perfect for the amount of time we had. it was so nice to be met by people and looked after so well especially as there was such a language barrier. The standard of all the guides english was amazing and as a teacher I was really impressed. you should be praised for everything as without you the trip would not have been as much fun. Sunny, I had the best time of my life on a vacation, as you know from my trip plan I have a friend who lives in Guilin and works in Yangshuo. She is my girlfriend and fiance, we enjoyed our experience together, and appreciated the tour service. When friends and family ask about touring China I recommend China Highlights for planing tours of China. My parents are thinking of a visit and will uses your service if that happens.
